Stephen Dent Spent Three Years With PricewaterhouseCoopers

Posted by admin

Stephen G. Dent’s professional career since finishing graduate school has been devoted to finance and investment projects. Finance, acquisitions, and investments have been his primary focus since 1982.

Stephen Dent spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he left there to join the Mergers and Acquisitions Departments at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company. He later joined Rosenkranz & Company, which is a private investment partnership. They managed acquisitions from their own accounts. He left Rosenkranz & Company in order to form DCI in 1986.

Headquartered in Greenwich, CT, Dent Inc. is an investment banking firm. Stephen G. Dent is the president of the company and keeps watch over the company’s investment activities—no small job. He is also a licensed CPA, a distinction he earned after receiving both his Bachelor’s of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University. One of his favorite hobbies, when he is not working, is to study and interact with marine life—an interest he has had since his youth.
